Meet Our Team

Ms. Chen is responsible for leading the company’s financial operations and strategy, including business operations, acquisitions, treasury, tax planning, real estate, accounting and reporting, internal audits, and investor relations. Prior to joining S&A Group, Chen was a key staff member at Evergreen Corporation. Originally from Zhongli, Taiwan, Chen lives in Taipei, Taiwan, with her family. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from National Chi Nan University.

Jan Su is the Chief Technology Officer at S&A Group.  Prior to serving as chief technology officer, Su had more than 15 years of industry and research experience in developing Internet services and worked for more than 5 years in an architect-level engineering position. Formerly, he worked as the CTO of Zofari, which led to its acquisition by Yahoo. Mr. Su received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Northwestern University in 2010.
 

Mr. Chen is the chief information officer who oversees the S&A Group’s information technology (IT) strategy and operations. In order to maintain 24/7 uptime for all pilot programs and Baisi, he oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. Chen graduated from New York University with a Ph.D. in computer science in 2010.

Mr. Chen sits as the senior vice president of supply chain. Chen oversees AI chip development for current healthcare-generated AI server solutions for Medibot. Prior to working for S&A Group, Chen worked at TSMC as a senior chip fabrication engineer, supervising 7nm fabrication processes. Chen graduated from the M.S. program in computer science at New York University in 2002. 

Mr. Tsui is the Senior Vice President of Pilot Projects at S&A Group. He is responsible for the development of Medibot and oversees Project EISEI in its Phase II research and development. Tsui also co-developed Taiwan's first internet hospital concept through a joint partnership with Dianthus Medical Group. He graduated with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and is currently an MPH candidate ('26) at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health.

Mr. Chu currently oversees S&A Group’s data solutions. Prior to joining S&A Group, Caber worked as a senior software developer at Kargo, where he extensively worked as the architectural brain behind the company’s ad technology through Python and Docker. Chu graduated with a B.S. degree in computer science from Stony Brook University in 2001.

Mr. Choi is the vice president of engineering at S&A Group. Through software and cloud engineering, he sets the blueprint for Medibot and Project EISEI through a Python and blockchain framework with Mr. Tsui. Through continuous machine learning and Python, he built the first dual-machine-and-human-interacting AI prescription model through the Medibot system. Mr. Choi graduated with an M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Ms. Chen’s role drives cross-functional alignment of the company’s strategic planning and execution initiatives, including venture investments and acquisitions, to accelerate growth. Prior to joining S&A Group in 2018, Chen was a key staff member at Evergreen Corporation. Originally from Yunlin, Taiwan, Chen lives in New Taipei City, Taiwan, with her family. She earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Chaoyang University of Technology.

Mr. Tsui is the president of Baisi Learning Platform in Taiwan. Tsui continues to maintain Baisi as the leading platform in Taiwan among many universities and private tutorials in high school and study abroad programs. Mr. Tsui graduated with an MBA from Brown University in 2008.
